Dr. Julio Sumar is one of the authors of the international judging standards and a founder of the IAJS in Peru. Dr. Sumar is a highly sought after for is his unimpeachable credentials and expertise of the alpaca. He is recognized world-wide as a scholar, educator and alpaca authority.
